Advertising raises many discussions in marketing areas.  The old quotation "Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don't know which half" rings true today if you are not careful.

But advertising is now so much more diverse - not only do we have newspapers and magazines, we have other media such as TV, radio, billboards and of course the Internet.

Web advertising also raises the question of banners, pop-ups, pay-per-click and others.  GMS has experience in all areas and can assist if required. GMS were approached to handle this important assignment and in conjunction with Roy Bellamy Associates a striking full page advertisement was created. A half page or quarter page colour advertisement can be created very inexpensively using computer graphics.  GMS handles everything from agreeing insertion costs, booking the space, liaison with the magazine or its agents and ensuring a smooth exercise.

Direct Marketing

A direct marketing campaign can be very simple as long as it delivers a concise powerful selling message.

The message can be sent out by post or by means of an e-mail campaign.  Mailing lists can either be a client's own list or lists can be rented from a variety of sources with either postal addresses or e-mail addresses.

A strong and clear selling message is needed along with a clearly defined response mechanism.

Cognitix drafted the key elements of their technology and GMS redrafted it to bring out the essential selling message. 

The resulting simple one-pager distilled the essence of the product - it was posted or e-mailed to potential customers.

E-mail Campaigns

E-mail campaigns are also known as Junk Mail.  But they need not be so derided if the campaign is professionally planned and executed.

Additionally the information must be relevant to the recipient and provide useful information.  Time wasting e-mails will only antagonise the recipient.
